Be Well Faith Update July 21, 2020

Posted by Be Well Team on

The Be Well Faith committee continues to monitor health guidelines/data from the Minnesota Department of Health and the CDC. We are monitoring the number of cases in the 7 county metropolitan area daily.

As we watch the number of cases rise, we want to share a different graphic that shows us how to “mask safely.” Wearing a mask is a simple way to demonstrate our kindness and compassion as we think of safety for others and safety for self. Take a moment to review these steps. Wearing a mask is required when you are in the church building or participating in “in-person” worship (with restrictions).

Faith has now experienced 2 weeks of “in-person worship” (with restrictions). The number of participants has remained small and all of the established practices and protocols were in place.

Unless there are changes from the state guidelines this week, the 9:00 a.m. worship service on July 26 will be available as an “in-person worship experience (with restrictions)”.

  • You must reserve a spot if you plan to attend by contacting Deanna at 651-464-3323 or at by noon on Thursday.
  • You must receive a confirmation from Deanna regarding your attendance.
  • Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced. Worship will look and feel different from your previous experiences.
  • You should plan to arrive at the church no earlier than 8:45 a.m., be prepared to have your temperature taken, and answer the health screening questions.

Remember our goal is to provide safety for others and safety for self, while also trying to meet the worship needs of congregational members. If you are unfamiliar with the full details for participating, please check this link.

Thank you for being mindful of the guidelines and practices that have been set out to keep our staff, congregational members, and Faith community safe throughout the pandemic. Be Well.
