Your Faith Lutheran Council met virtually on May 12, 2020. Here are some highlights from the meeting.

• The Council, the Staff, and various committees say, “THANK YOU FAITH LUTHERAN MEMBERS, FRIENDS, VISITORS!” So many of you are reaching out with notes of support, volunteerism, phone calls, prayers, and financial contributions. Faith is in a stable place right now. THANK YOU!
• Even though some restrictions have been lifted, Faith will be thoughtful and diligent as we consider steps regarding re-opening. The Be Well Faith committee has been formed and is meeting weekly. When there are things to report on steps of reopening, that information will be shared. The committee members are Linda Burk, Deanna Ramberg, Mike Slavik, John Chauss, Jennifer Tolzmann, Deacon Nina.
• Discernment about Faith's potential Sacred Settlement continues. The Development Team presented plans concerning next steps with city and community discussions. They also shared a beautiful video on the “meaning of home” during the service on May 18. They will be reaching out to the congregation in the next few weeks to share more with all of us. We thank them for their engagement and passion.
• The Council thanks the staff for all the ways they are connecting with members, linking arms with the community, and doing excellent things in a time of challenge! We have a most WONDERFUL staff! Thank you!
