Prayer Lab

Most of us deeply desire to know God, to be led by God, and to allow ourselves to be loved by God. Our Prayer Lab ministry seeks to create a sacred space that invites people into connection with God through prayer. We explore how to pray and diverse spiritual practices– from quiet contemplation to going for a run, snuggling with a pet to prayerfully creating art, if it helps you be present with God – it’s prayer!

Prayer Lab Minute videos offer an introduction to a specific prayer practice in about 2 minutes.

Prayer Lab Minute On The Road videos include interviews with participants sharing how they think, practice, and have grown in their relationship with God. These regular folks share their spiritual practices and encourage us to consider our own.

Bi-monthly Prayer Lab Sessions meet in person and on Zoom simultaneously to experiment with different types of prayer in a safe community. No experience or speaking is necessary! Our team of leaders provides learning, guided prayer practices, and an opportunity to reflect on your prayer experience. All are welcome to join.  Past Prayer Lab Sessions are archived and can be viewed on your own for a guided prayer experience. These sessions are generally 10-25 minutes in length.

Our Prayer Lab Team also offers personal retreats, seasonal prayer experiences during Advent and Lent, and other opportunities for growth and connection with your Creator.
