Faith Lutheran’s Youth ministry is a place where we have “serious fun” as our teens seek to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. You don’t have to be a member of Faith to take part. All that is needed is an open mind and an open heart.

Our sixth graders prepare to take the next step in their spiritual journey through the Confirmation Readiness class. During these classes, we will dive into Lutheran traditions, the Small Catechism, and Lutheran living. We will also talk about the promises made on their behalf when they were baptized and how these promises will relate to their confirmation experience.
Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 PM
Confirmation, or Affirmation of Baptism, is an opportunity for teens to affirm for themselves the promises made by their sponsors (parents, guardians, sponsors, and the congregation) at their baptism. The Confirmation journey begins in the fall of 7th grade and continues through the fall of your 9th grade. During this time, everyone will take a deeper look at the Bible and how it applies to daily life, and build on the knowledge of Martin Luther's teachings in the Small Catechism. There will also be many opportunities for fellowship/service events and retreats.
