Kaleidoscope Quartet Singing at 9:00 AM Service May 8
On Mother’s Day, May 8 the Kaleidoscope Quartet will provide the music during the 9:00 AM worship service here at Faith.
The quartet was formed as an act of love in 2016 when Dana Skoglund formed the group when his wife Cheryl’s heart transplant made it impossible for her to attend his concerts. He reached out to the other members who came to rehearse, eat and perform mini-concerts for Cheryl and her friends. These times of singing for Cheryl culminated in performing at her memorial concert last year. It was at that concert that Music Director Linda Burk asked if the quartet could come and share their gifts with us today.
We are thankful to Kaleidoscope for providing the music on May 8. In addition to Skoglund who sings bass, the quartet includes, Jack Vishneski, High Tenor; Ian Cook, Lead Tenor, and Taylor Quinn, Baritone.
