Faith ministry continues, even as we remain physically distant. We celebrate God's Spirit leading us.

Faith volunteers are such joyful givers. Thank you, Dave Fleming, for serving as our new Community Helping Hand ambassador. Dave will be sorting and transporting food donations to Community Helping Hand.  Thank you to the volunteer crew that is deep cleaning the sanctuary and church basement. What a generous and hard-working group. Thank you to the team of four volunteers who are caring for the needs of someone recently discharged from the hospital.  

Our youth are looking for ways to serve and help during the pandemic too. We celebrate their good deeds!

• Wearing masks
• Being nicer to and caring for siblings, nieces and nephews
• Helping each other with homework
• Reaching out to friends who are lonely
• Cooking meals for grandparents
• Helping mom and grandparents with chores and projects
• Shoveling a neighbor's driveway and building a snowman to spread joy

We celebrate new connections. We have several groups at Faith involved in homeless ministry. These groups recently met virtually to share ministry goals and look for areas to collaborate. We are grateful to our Benevolence Team, Hugo Family Shelter Team, Walking With a Purpose Group and Sacred Settlement Development Team for their advocacy and leadership.

Gracious God, give us courage to extend our hearts and minds outward. Allow us to trust your steadfast love and presence. Keep us open that we might learn and grow as your children. Amen!
