Moved to action

When I first approached pastor John about doing a shoe drive I didn't know what to expect. I was hoping that we could put some shoes on some homeless feet but I didn't know how many or which feet. We at Faith Lutheran heard a cry from the homeless in St Paul and we responded. The response was immediate and generous. I am reminded of God's promise in Luke 6:38

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

Thank you to all the generous hearts who have heard the call and been moved to action, putting shoes and boots on homeless feet.  The response has been amazing and extremely heart warming!

We have delivered 3 large donations during this August 2020 shoe drive.
