Pretty Chill

Recently two of our Confirmation groups collaborated to paint murals in our east stairwell.  They transformed a utilitarian staircase into a mirage of color and positive messaging.  It was a terrific opportunity for these kids to use their creativity to visually share the beauty of God's creation and words of encouragement with all who pass this way.

Painting of "Peace!" was something that felt right to do at the time.  It was coming from somewhere else, that gave me the thought to do it. I chose green and red because it just felt right. The painting project made me feel happy and pretty chill! - Cameron
