Time: 5:30-7:00 pm – Drive-thru event (come anytime during this time window)
Where: Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Drive-thru event is one-way only. You must enter from NE 1st St and exit onto North Shore Drive.
What to bring: Non-perishable food items or monetary donation for local food shelves.
How to dress: Costumes optional. You will remain in your car.
What to expect: As you enter, you will receive instructions for a scavenger hunt to complete from your car. Drive slowly through, looking for luminaries honoring loves ones, carved pumpkins, and decorated trunks surrounded by confirmation families in costume. Enjoy music from a live DJ.
As you exit, each car will receive a candle that can be used at home to honor saints during spooky music worship. Each child will receive a take-home bag with treats and more, compliments of generous Faith and Lake Area Discovery Center donors. Bags will be prepared and distributed by masked and gloved volunteers.
7:00 pm Virtual Spooky Music Worship – Halloween is about more than candy. It's about shining light into darkness (literally! light your candle) and focusing on the Saints who have led the way. Join us for music and stories at this hallowed worship service.
