‘Wreath of Christ' - Lutheran Rosary? Prayer Lab – Hybrid session
Let us propose one path in prayer that could be a useful tool to us, as it can be so easy for one's thoughts and mind to wander: prayer beads. “Getting prayer out of my head and into my fingers with prayer beads has expanded praying into a holistic experience.” (Pastor Ben Unseth, https://www.livinglutheran.org/2012/05/learning-pray-prayer-beads/). Join us this coming Sunday in our hybrid Prayer Lab for a closer look at how we might enrich our personal prayer lives with beads. To bead or not to bead. That is the question. Each participant will receive a string of prayer beads modeled after the Wreath of Christ, along with a proposed prayer using the beads.
Prayer Lab will be offered as a hybrid (in-person or online) experience. Join in the conference room or via Zoom (passcode ‘breathe’) at 10 am on Sunday, April 7. Contact Sharon Hill for specific information on joining the session or technical support. More Prayer Lab information and resources are available at http://faithfl.org/prayer-lab/.
