The pattern, color, and concentration of creating a mandala can create a sense of calm, focus, and peace. Mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning "to have possession of one's essence." In this Prayer Lab Session, we will learn about the spiritual practice of creating mandalas and experience putting pen to paper and trying it ourselves.
Prayer Lab will be offered as a hybrid (in-person or online) experience. Join in the conference room or via Zoom (passcode ‘breathe’) at 10 am on Sunday, April 28. Online participants should have crayons, colored pencils, markers, or paints available. Contact Deacon Nina for specific information on joining the session or technical support.
